When choosing your custom LED tail lamp upgrade, it’s important to understand the distinction between our Painted Clear Design and Clear Design options. Both begin with a full LED tail lamp conversion and feature a clear lens transformation, but the finish and visual impact differ significantly:

• Painted Clear Design:
  This version starts as a standard full LED tail lamp, which is then modified with a clear lens. To achieve the signature clear DRL (daytime running light) look, the external lens are strategically painted in gloss black. This enhances contrast and gives a sleek, refined appearance while retaining full LED function.
• Clear Design:
  Also based on a full LED tail lamp, the Clear Design is converted to a clear lens and clear reflector setup, with no paint involved. This creates a more transparent, uniform look throughout the tail lamp, offering a clean, OEM-style finish that emphasizes clarity and brightness.

Whether you’re after a more aggressive contrast with the Painted Clear design or the pure, unpainted clarity of the Clear Design, both options deliver standout looks and top-tier LED performance.

Paint & Design Process

Our painted version is one of are best selling items right now. We have them done by our professional painter. We start the prep for lights with sanding all four tail lamps, then we clean them thoroughly. Then the making of the design. After the design is made, the tail lights go into the paint booth,using a specialty black transparent tint with a few coats of it. After the coverage is complete it then goes on to adding the clear coat. After the clearing process the lights go threw a bake cycle. After baking they cure for 24 hours. Followed up with light sanding, buffing then polish.

INSTALLATION IS PLUG AND PLAY ADDITIONAL HARNESS INCLUDED FOR OPTIONAL THIRD BRAKE LIGHT CONNECTION.
